DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Temporarily our shipping price increased to £5.99 due to Royal Mail long delays in delivery time because of COVID-19. We've switched to DPD/Hermes for faster delivery.
Expedited delivery is available at an extra charge based on Royal Mail and UPS rates.
Orders are dispatched as soon as payment is received. We operate Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. Royal Mail and DPD/UPS collect twice daily. While we aim for same-day dispatch, next-day delivery is not always guaranteed due to unforeseen delays.
RETURNS:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Please ensure compatibility before use.
Refunds will not be issued if the item has been used or altered in any way.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If the error is on our part, we will provide a return voucher or refund the return postage cost.
Customers should inspect packages for damage before accepting them. Do not accept damaged goods. If accepted, we cannot claim compensation from the carrier. If you refuse delivery of damaged goods, the carrier bears the return cost.
