No express Delivery in Christmas Holiday period, Royal mail doesnot guarantee next working day for orders received on 23rd & 24th Dec 2024
Expedited delivery is provided with extra charge 6.99 For next working day.
We will try to deliver our orders as soon as we get payment, we are open Monday
to Friday, 9- 5PM. Royal mail and DPD / UPS special delivery will take our orders collections
twice every day. We will try to dispatch same day but we cannot always guarantee
next day delivery due unseen events that might arise during delivery process.
RETURNS:
We try to satisfy our customers to maximum extend, but in case if customer isn't
satisfied with the product, customer can return the product with full refund
provided that goods must be in original packaging, have original invoice and be
un-used, so please ensure the part is correct before altering or attempting to fit
it.
Refunds WILL NOT be given if product is altered, used in any way If the goods have
been changed in any way by you the customer refunds will not be given.
Return postage should be paid by Customer, If in any case the mistake is due to
'The Wing Mirror Company', a return voucher or a return amount is credited to Customer.
All goods before being accepted and signed for should be checked by customer for
damage in transit. If the goods have been damaged in transit they should NOT be
accepted. Wing Mirror Man can not accept blame for third party damage (Wing Mirror
Man will exchange goods and claim from the carrier for damage) Return postage will
be met by the customer if goods are accepted in a damaged condition from the Carrier.(If
customer refuses the damaged goods and gives them back to the driver the carrier
will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to the sender).
